A destination weddding in the heart of Israel

A two day destination wedding set across two of the most stunning locations. With guests flying into Israel from all around the world, sourcing unique and breath-taking venues was of an upmost importance.

The welcome party took place at Tur Sinai, an organic farm located around 20 minutes from the centre of Jerusalem. It was transformed into a hidden garden where guests enjoyed wonderful music from an middle eastern style philharmonic orchestra and a stunning food station with an open grill cooking typical dishes from all across Israel.

The wedding day itself was set in the most luxurious of locations, The Tower of David, an ancient citadel located near western edge of the Old City of Jerusalem. The chuppah was located high up with views across the city with the dinner and dancing lower down on purpose built staging to ensure all 140 guests could be seated.

A 12 piece party band kept the mood of the night upbeat and fun with guests taking to the dancefloor between all courses. At the end of the evening when guests arrived back to their hotel rooms they were gifted to a Ottolenghi Jerusalem cookbook to continue their culinary experience of Israel when they arrive home.
