Four seasons at Claridges

This extraordinary wedding began at the Danish Church of Saint Katharine by Regent’s Park where guests were greeted by smartly dressed butlers. The church was dressed with a rose gold mirrored aisle with a floral meadow running down the sides and a beautiful floral arch.

Once the wedding service had finished guests were then transported to Spencer House for a quintessentially British afternoon tea. They were entertained by a string quartet and blue badge guides who were on hand to speak to guests about the history of the building.

The reception and evening took place at Claridge’s. The hotel was transformed into the four seasons. On arrival guests entered into spring, a freshly cut grass scented blossom tunnel with soundscapes of birds tweeting. Leading on from the tunnel we created an English garden with a purple wisteria tree and a bespoke scenically painted bar. Trellising lined the room with roses, foliage and origami butterfly escort cards weaved through. To enter dining guests walked through a lavender-scented delphinium tunnel with doors that opened into the ballroom which was an autumnal paradise. The ceiling was filled with leaves and the outside of the room was covered in trees.

Guests then partied the night away in a winter wonderland with frosted birch trees, a frozen flower ice bar and DJ booth and an ‘icy’ dance floor. A colourful dessert station with lots of treats, bespoke photo booth set and a surprise performance from an LED drumming troupe kept guests entertained until the early hours.
